I WILL SEND SOME OF THEIR POEMS OUT NEXT WEEK OR STOP IN THE BOOKSTORE OR COFFEE SHOP AS THEY WILL BE ON DISPLAY. HOPE TO SEE ALL THE POETRY LOVERS ON THE 24TH.

Dog Ears Bookstore is also pleased to announce the release of Brigid's Fire: The South Buffalo Anthology of Poetry. Published by No Frills Buffalo and featuring poetry by 22 local poets, Brigid's Fire is also available exclusively at Dog Ears Bookstore. Even the book's cover features a design created by a local talent, graphic designer Peter Clancy of South Buffalo. A gathering to celebrate the release of Brigid's Fire will take place at 7 p.m. Friday, February 17, at the bookstore. Several poets with works featured in the book will be on hand to do readings during the event, and refreshments will be served.
